XBODY® & XCHASSIS provide lightweight structural components for vehicle body shells and chassis applications. The systems are developed for rail and road vehicles where low weight, durability and efficient integration are central to vehicle performance.
Modular design allows vehicle variants and model changes to be managed efficiently. Functions and interfaces can be integrated into the component, while offline pre-assembly supports plug-and-play installation at the customer’s production line.
The product family covers customised structural solutions for different vehicle platforms, including roofs, side walls, structural floors, intermediate decks and chassis systems.
